\r\n\tLVenture Group S.p.A.<\/b> has great respect for Users’ privacy.\r\n\tThe data that may be communicated through the Site (described below<\/i>) swill be treated with the utmost care and\r\nwith all the instruments necessary to guarantee their security, in full compliance with the regulations in force to\r\nprotect the confidentiality of the data. We wish to inform you that the \u201cEuropean Regulation 2016\/679 on the\r\nprotection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data<\/i>\u201d (hereinafter \u201cRegulation<\/b>\u201d or \u201cGDPR<\/b>\u201d) provides for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal\r\ndata as a fundamental right. Therefore, pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR, we wish to inform you of the\r\nfollowing.\r\n<\/p>

\r\n\r\n1. WHAT IS LVENTURE GROUP<\/span>
\r\n

\r\n\tLVG is a holding company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan of the Italian stock exchange that invests\r\nin innovative start-ups.
\r\n\tIn particular, LVenture Group provides structural and technical services to support start-ups and, through\r\nof the LUISS EnLabs accelerator, helps them in their growth and development process.\r\nLVG, in accordance with the GDPR Regulation, acts as Data Controller<\/b>, with reference to the data\r\ncommunicated by Users when browsing the Site.
\r\n\tBy accepting the following privacy policy, you declare that you are aware that your personal data may also\r\nbe communicated to third parties, again for purposes related to the provision of services.\r\n<\/p>

\r\n\r\n2. GLOSSARY<\/span>
\r\n

\r\n\t“Personal Data”<\/b> qshall mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, in\r\nparticular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online\r\nidentifier or to one or more features of that person’s physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic,\r\ncultural or social identity.

\r\n\t“Data Processor”<\/b> he natural person, legal entity, public administration and any other entity that processes\r\npersonal data on behalf of the Controller.
\r\n\t\u201cSite\u201d<\/b> is this website belonging to LVenture Group.
\r\n\t“Controller”<\/b> shall mean the natural or legal person, public authority, service or other body which alone or\r\njointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data and the\r\ninstruments adopted, including security measures.
\r\n\t“User(s)”<\/b> and\/or “Data Subject(s)”<\/b> the individual using this Site to whom the Personal Data relate.\r\n<\/p>

\r\n\r\n3. DATA CATEGORIES<\/span>
\r\n

\r\n\tThe Controller collects directly from its Users, Personal Data and other information as part of the contact\r\nprocess on the Site (this includes, but is not limited to, data such as: e-mail address, first and last name).

\r\n\tLVG will process Personal Data that the User provides in order to contact LVenture Group directly. Such\r\ndata are provided directly by the User and may include contact data, including, but not limited to, name,\r\nsurname, e-mail address and other data provided voluntarily by the User. If the User consents, or even\r\nthrough the use of cookies, LVG may store data provided by the User. It is understood that the User shall\r\nbe entitled to request the deletion of the personal data provided during the contact.
\r\n\tb. Automatically collected data.<\/u><\/b>
\r\n\tComputer systems and applications dedicated to the functioning of the LVG Site collect, during their normal\r\noperation, certain data (the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols)\r\npotentially associated with identifiable Users. The data collected include the IP addresses and domain names\r\nof the computers used by Users who connect to the Site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation\r\naddresses of the resources requested, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the\r\nfile obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server\r\n(successful, error, etc.) and other parameters regarding the operating system.) and other parameters\r\nconcerning the operating system, the browser and the computer environment used by the User, the name\r\nof the Internet Service Provider (ISP), the date and time of the visit, the visitor’s web page (referral) and the\r\nexit page.
\r\n\tc. Data provided voluntarily by the User.<\/u><\/b>
\r\n\tThe voluntary and explicit sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated in the different channels of the Site\r\ndoes not imply a request for consent and entails the acquisition of the sender’s address and data, necessary\r\nto reply to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. Such data is understood to\r\nbe voluntarily provided. By entering a comment or other information, the User expressly accepts this\r\ndocument.
\r\n\td. Data requested for the Newsletter purpose<\/u><\/b>
\r\n\tWithin the Site, the Company, if the User accepts, may collect the User’s Personal Data in order to i) keep\r\nnewsletter subscribers updated on the developments of the Site and on the new services offered by LVenture\r\nGroup; ii) monitor the interest of subscribers in order to improve the focus of updates; iii) share articles\r\nand news related and\/or otherwise connected to the world of Venture Capital; iv) learn about any updates\r\nrelated to LVenture Group’s official partners.
\r\n\te. Cookies<\/u><\/b>
\r\n\tThe Site uses cookies. The data collected thanks to cookies can be used to access parts of the Site or for\r\nstatistical purposes or to make the browsing experience more pleasant and more efficient in the future, by\r\ntrying to assess user behaviour and to modify the content offer according to their behaviour.
\r\n\tf. Plug-in.<\/u><\/b>
\r\n\tThe Site may also incorporate plug-ins and\/or buttons for social networks, in order to allow easy sharing\r\nof content on social networks. These plug-ins are programmed in such a way as not to set any cookies when\r\naccessing the page, in order to safeguard Users’ privacy. Cookies are set, if so provided by the social\r\nnetworks, only when the User makes effective and voluntary use of the plug-in. Please note that if the User\r\nnavigates while logged into the social network then he has already consented to the use of cookies conveyed\r\nthrough this Site at the time of registration with the social network. \r\n\tThe Personal Data held by the Data Controller are collected directly from the Data Subject through the\r\nvoluntary completion of specific requests in Contact.\r\n<\/p>

\r\n\t7. Data provided voluntarily by the User,<\/u>
\r\n\tPurpose<\/b>: is the purpose inherent in the request to enter that data.
\r\n\tLegal basis<\/b>: User consent.

\r\n\tThe provision of Personal Data, for the purposes set out in point 1 of this article, is necessary to enable the\r\nUser to make direct contact with LVenture Group. Therefore, in the absence of the aforementioned data,\r\nit will not be possible to take advantage of our collaboration.\r\nConsent for the purposes is optional. does not entail any negative consequences in the experience of the\r\nUsers.\r\n<\/p>

\r\n\r\n6. CHILDREN’S DATA<\/span>
\r\n

\r\n\tThe Owner does not collect personal data from minors under the age of 14 in compliance with the\r\nprovisions of Legislative Decree 101\/2018. The User who provides untruthful data during registration\r\nexpressly releases the Owner from any form of liability, it being understood that this release extends to the\r\nparents and\/or guardians of the User under the age of 14. In the event that a parent or guardian of the\r\nminor User believes that the latter has contacted LVenture Group, he\/she shall immediately notify the\r\nController who shall delete the minor User’s Personal Data.\r\n<\/p>

\r\n\r\n7. DISCLOSURE<\/span>
\r\n

\r\n\tTo the extent relevant to the stated processing purposes, Users’ data may be disclosed to partners, consulting\r\ncompanies, private companies, third-party technical service providers, hosting providers and IT companies.\r\nIf suppliers process personal data on behalf of the Controller, they will be appointed as data controllers\r\npursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.\r\n<\/p>

\r\n\r\n8. TRANSFER OF DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY<\/span>
\r\n

\r\n\tLVenture Group may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union.\r\nIn particular, it may take place via social plug-ins and the service of Third-Party Providers. The transfer is\r\nauthorised and strictly regulated by Article 45(1) of the EU Regulation 2016\/679, so it does not require any\r\nspecific authorisation.\r\n<\/p>

\r\n\r\n9. RETENTION PERIOD<\/span>
\r\n

\r\n\tAccording to the principle of retention limitation (Art. 5, GDPR), the verification of the obsolescence of\r\nretained data in relation to the purposes for which they were collected is carried out periodically.\r\nIn particular:
\r\n\ta) Automatically collected data are processed, for the time strictly necessary, for the sole purpose of\r\nobtaining statistical information on the use of the platform and to check its regular operation, including\r\nfor security purposes or in accordance with the deadlines laid down by Italian law;
\r\n\tb) The data voluntarily provided by the User will be kept for a period of time not exceeding the fulfilment\r\nof the purposes for which they are processed or in accordance with the deadlines stipulated by Italian\r\nlaw.\r\n<\/p>

\r\n\r\n10. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT<\/span>
\r\n

\r\n\tThe Data Subject shall always have the right to request from the Controller access to his\/her data,\r\nrectification or erasure thereof, restriction of processing or the possibility to object to processing, to request\r\ndata portability, to withdraw consent to processing by asserting these and the other rights provided for by\r\nthe GDPR by simply notifying the Controller. The Data Subject may in any case also lodge a complaint with\r\na supervisory authority.<\/u>

\r\n\r\n11. DATA PROCESSING METHODS<\/span>
\r\n

\r\n\tThe Personal Data provided by Users will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation\r\nand with the confidentiality obligations that inspire the Controller’s activity. The data will be processed both\r\nby computerised means and on paper or any other suitable type of support, in compliance with the\r\nappropriate security measures pursuant to Article 5(1)(F) of the GDPR.\r\n<\/p>

\r\n\r\n12. FINAL NOTES AND HOW TO UPDATE<\/span>
\r\n

\r\n\tThe information is provided only for the Site and not also for other websites and\/or mobile apps that may\r\nbe consulted by the User through links contained in this Site.
